I've designed this program after coaching many women, and realising that often the missing piece of the puzzle is MUSCLE! Muscle is like botox and filler for the body! It's a metabolically active tissue that inevitably will mean you are more insulin sensitivity, have greater metabolic flexibility and you can EAT MORE.

These sessions provide you with the opportunity to update your progress, challenges, and triumphs. I then provide my feedback after reviewing your check-in.
3. Expert Guidance and Support: Contact me with questions via the coaching app as needed. If you come across any mental barriers or need more information/support around something- 1:1 coaching sessions will be available to purchase as needed.
4. Customized Calorie and Macro Adjustments: These are adjusted as needed following the weekly check-ins.
5. Sustainable Lifestyle Changes: Where possible I try to guide you towards more sustainable lifestyle choices surrounding diet and fitness to ensure long term results.
6. Strength Training Program: This program is updated every 8-12 weeks and is a fantastic program to follow for muscle growth and development. It has a focus on progressive overload and is a great place to start if you aren't sure where to start! There is an option to include this or not include this.
7. Ongoing Educational Tutorials: Access to information tutorials tailored to provide education to equip you for long term success post coaching.
8. Access to my Recipes: To help you create your own weekly food intake- take a look at my recipes to provide some inspiration . High protein, macro and calorie friendly.

** DISCLAIMER: This program is designed for those that have a basic level of understanding regarding tracking calories in an app (such as MyFitnessPal) and the basic principles of fat loss. If you feel you are lacking this knowledge, I will recommend you have one 1:1 coaching session to get you up to speed on the basics. Likewise, if there are mindset/mental barriers getting in your way from making progress- I will suggest at least one coaching session with me to talk it through.
