"I’ve been trying to lose weight for what seems like years after my third child with no luck. I was always being active with lots of walks, Pilates, working on my feet as a nurse and being busy running around after my kids so I couldn’t work out how I wasn’t losing it. I would often start a new exercise or try and cut back food but I would give up after a few weeks. Or i would lose a couple of kg’s then put it straight back on.
